You'll engage in one-on-one tutoring with primary and high school students (Years 3–12), focused on English and Maths Advanced. If you can also teach Business Studies, Legal Studies or Economics, that's a wonderful bonus (but not required).

The same students every week for most of the school term. Most tutors work 5–15 hours a week.

You can keep tutoring private students outside Pinnacle, and pick your working days.
We hire tutors who know their subjects inside out and genuinely enjoy helping students grow.
Preferred, but not required: 1 year of tutoring experience.
✓Studying a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Maths, Engineering, Commerce, Law or a related field
✓Minimum 95 ATAR and Band 6 results in the subjects you want to tutor
✓Able to take on at least 5 students, each with a 1-hour lesson every week during school terms
✓Strong communication skills, reliability and professionalism
✓A warm, encouraging and patient approach
✓Able to explain complex ideas clearly and simply
✓A genuine desire to help students grow in skill and confidence
✓Working With Children Check (or willing to get one) and the right to work in Australia
